UNIVERSITY & COMMUNITY HOUSING SERVICES is a one-stop resource for rental housing information and dispute resolution. Our experienced staff will answer your questions and provide guidance regarding your rental rights and responsibilities. Services are available to students, faculty, staff, and property providers.

The Sierra Madre Apartment complex is UCSB’s first endeavor into University-owned apartment rentals for staff. The beautiful facility boasts 35 large 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a full size washer/dryer for each unit. Located adjacent to 650 acres of coastal habitats and walking trails, the setting is as beautiful as the apartments themselves.
